Description

The 12th Pyongyang International Film Festival was splendidly held amid the expectation and concern of our people and the world progressive people from September 17th to 24th in Juche 99 (2010). Pyongyang International Film Festival was held under the careful teaching of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il and famous film workers and from different countries of the world participated in this festival and the films which had been highly estimated in various festivals of the world were submitted. Chinese feature film "Walking to school" was awarded the best prize of this festival. Festival participants got to know more well about culture, history and developing aspects of Korea through visiting different places in Pyongyang and scenic spots of Korea during the festival.
